Dr Simoncini's treatment??

A patient of mine with prostate cancer came in with some info on the Bicarbonate therapy. He wants to do this as an IV drip. My understanding was that the treatment was done via injection into the tumor. Anyway, the patient's comments about the dosing was something like 5% bicarb mixed in 500cc.so, to anyone who knows about this -- he said Rob Rowen had and article on it -- do you know the specifics of the formula?Is it a 5% bicarb solution mixed in sterile water, normal saline....et cetera, or is the final mix supposed to be a 5% solution.
